Choose A Plan That Works For You!
Compared to other software providers that charge on a user/device basis, we are very different. We understand that adding more employees to your workforce is already costly. So we have scaled our pricing to make it easier for you to manage your costs.
How we calculate price
We are fully invested in the success of your business and we acknowledge that you are entrusting us with a really important part of that success. That’s why we don’t hold back on the level of support we provide when you become our client.
The establishment fee allows you to get up and running straight away with our guided implementation plan. We will provide the support necessary to achieve the following:
- Build the environment that will house your new system
- Create your users and assign them with access permissions
- Bulk upload by csv file of your existing data such as current employees, clients, services and business information
- Set up your notification emails and alerts based on your organisational structure and needs
- Provide industry documentation compliant with NDIS, HSQF, Aged Care or Quality Standards
- Include all subscription fees for 12 months from the day you sign up with us
- Provide up to 10 x 1 hour user awareness training sessions for you and your staff
- Unlimited technical support for 12 months
- 1 hour per month business consultation
- Daily backup of your system and twice daily backup of your data
- Access our growing library of learning and video resources
Pricing:
Allow between $8,000 and $18,000 for Starting and Expanding Plans
Allow between $12,000 and $25,000 for the Diversifying Plan
Allow up to $45,000 for custom built systems
*All our prices are Australian Dollars and exclude GST.
Your subscription is based on how many users you have working in the system – not how many employees or clients you have.
We define a user as anyone that has an ‘active’ login to icare. This could be an employee, contractor, client, suppler, auditor, plan manager, support coordinator or anyone else. You decide who is an active user and who is not and allocate them up to the maximum allowed users under your subscription package.
User thresholds for each subscription level is calculated as:
Starting – 1 to 10 users
Expanding – 1 to 100 users
Diversifying – 1 to 300 users
You can also add additional users within a subscription level. For example, if you are on the Expanding package and have 120 users, you can add those additional 20 users for a set fee without having to upgrade your whole package – now that’s innovation!
We understand that flexibility is important to your business. You need to be able to grow without heavy increases in your operating costs. So we have tailored our pricing so your icare system grows at the same pace as your business.
We achieve this by allowing you to add on services and resources incrementally. This includes:
Users – increase your allowance of active logins by purchasing user bundles instead of upgrading the whole package
Customer Support Packages – select from Standard, Priority, Premium and Pay As You Go
Modules – Increase functionality in the areas you want including ‘Prospector’ (sales manager); ‘Asset Manager’; ‘Business Intelligence’ (Data mining, charting & reporting); ‘ICT Control (Manage your IT environment); HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental Management) and many more.
Storage Capacity – Increase your data storage allowance by bundles
Records Storage – Increase the amount of records the system stores for you

TERMS & CONDITIONS (BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS)
- These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd for services we provide relating to the design, development, implementation, review, audit, analysis or improvement of business management systems whether in paper or digital form.
- You agree that initial payment made by you to us for our services and whether partial or in full will constitute your full acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions and the lack of a signed acceptance or authority by you is not grounds for subsequent non-acceptance or non-agreement of these terms and conditions.
- You agree that the services provided to you includes the labour hours and costs expended on non-tangible deliverables such as but not limited to meetings, correspondence, telephone calls, consultation, research, review, quality assurance, audit, accounting and administrative services.
- We will not be liable for the payment of any expenses or losses incurred by you in relation to obtaining, collecting or commissioning information gathered at our request for the provision of the service to you.
- You agree that we are unable to provide you with our services without the timely and adequate supply of information or documentation from you upon request by us. If you do not engage or respond to our requests for information within 14 days of the request being made, we reserve the right to cancel our services without refund of any fees paid to the date of cancellation.
- After the final invoice is paid, we will transfer full ownership to you of anything we have developed on your behalf such as documents, templates, images, registers, forms and other documented information in digital or paper format. Until then, such documents and information shall remain the intellectual and physical property of Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd.
- We do not provide refunds. In cases of cancellation requests by you any refund of fees shall be at the sole discretion of Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd after consideration for any work undertaken by us and expenses incurred.
- You acknowledge our preferred method of communication is via email to ensure clear understanding between all parties and the establishment of an audit trail. In the event of a dispute, we shall rely upon written correspondence between the parties over and above verbal communication.
- If any documents, products, services or materials you receive from us are used illegally or unethically, we will not be liable for the inappropriate use of such documents or materials. We will not be liable for any losses or damages. You will be solely responsible for any losses or damages caused by the wrongful use of the provided materials.
- We will undertake services in a professional, diligent and timely manner, however we cannot guarantee that the contents or functionality of our systems or their supporting documentation or software environment will always be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate your business, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages.
- Prior to agreeing to provide the services, we may refuse to accept your request and decline to provide the services for any reason in our absolute discretion. In the event that we refuse to accept your request, we will notify you either in person or in writing as soon as reasonably practical.
- Other than information available in the public domain, we agree not to disclose to any person your confidential information. This obligation will not be in breach where we are required to disclose such information by law.
- In the event our services include the provision of an online relational database application utilising third-party software vendor ‘Knack’ you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as detailed in their Knack Platform License Agreement covering, but not limited to, Terms of Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Service Level Agreement. - You agree that Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd shall not be held liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for anything the third-party software vendor does or does not do that may impact on your use of the software application and you indemnify us from any and all liability.
- You grant us permission to use, copy, transmit, store, and back-up your information and data for the purposes of enabling you to access and use the services and for any other purpose related to provision of services to you.
- You agree that 3rd party service providers may require access to your data to provide technical support services. We shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of your information resulting from any such access by 3rd party providers.
- Our 3rd party software vendor adheres to best practice policies and procedures to prevent information loss, including a twice daily backup of system data and a daily backup of your application, but does not make any guarantees that there will be no loss. We expressly exclude liability for any loss of information or data (including archived) no matter how it was caused.
- Notwithstanding any damages the Licensee might incur, the entire liability of the Licensor and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or $100 AUD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
- The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective Licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
- Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
- Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
- You confirm your understanding that the cost of the service may include 12-months subscription to the third-party software provider application after which time you will be response for the monthly or annual subscription. Current subscription rates are available at https://www.knack.com/pricing.
- We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we also reserve the right to display publicly available, non-personal/private information as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on web sites, in magazine or blog articles and in books. Please advise if you do not want us to do this.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd be liable to any party for any damages, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, loss of profits or goodwill or loss of use of facilities or equipment), or any other damages arising – in any way, shape or form – out of the availability, use, reliance on, inability to utilise or improper use of Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd services even if Complete Business Solutions (QLD) Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages or is negligent, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

How does payment work?
Payment comes in two parts – the establishment fee and then your ongoing subscription.
We make it as easy for you to pick the option that suits you best.
Establishment fees can be paid off in installments with the final payment due when you system goes live. Subscription fees do not commence until you have been using the system for 12 months. These are then paid quarterly in advance or yearly to attract a discounted rate.
What happens to my data if I stop the service?
All data you enter into our systems is owned by you. If you stop the service, we will help to export it to csv, txt or json files.
Is there a maximum amount of data or records I can store?
Theoretically no. A data and records allowance is provided to you on commencement of the service. If you go over this allowance you can either archive off the system old records – or purchase a data and/or records bundle to increase your maximum allowance.
